Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Applicability

By shopping on Devilry.in, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please refrain from transacting on our platform.
Policies may be updated from time to time—please review them before initiating a return or exchange.


Return & Exchange Window
• Eligible within 7 days of delivery.
• Once approved, a pick-up will be scheduled within 24–48 hours.
• If the courier cannot complete the pick-up in 2 attempts, you’ll be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
• Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability at your pincode.


Eligible Return/Exchange Reasons

You can request a return or exchange if:
• The product doesn’t fit
• You received a damaged or defective item
• The wrong product was delivered
• Accessories or components are missing


Return Conditions

To be accepted, items must:
• Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
• Have all original tags and packaging intact
• Be free from stains, odours, or visible wear
• Be returned as a complete set (if sold as a set)
• Match the original order records

Returns failing to meet these conditions will be rejected.


Exchanges
• Exchanges are processed based on availability
• If your requested size/product is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit
• Store credits are valid for 3 months and redeemable on Devilry.in


Refunds
• All refunds are issued as a credit note/store voucher
• No cash or bank refunds
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Refunds are processed only after QC approval of returned items


Order Cancellations
• COD orders can be canceled before dispatch
• Prepaid orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded
• Approved cancellations (COD only) will be refunded as store credit


30-Day Product Issue Review

If you notice colour bleeding, print cracks, or finishing flaws, report it within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a pick-up and resolve it. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for replacement or refund.
